『Shadow Mate ～小さな竜と適合者～』ゲーム実況・配信ガイドライン
株式会社スプリングギルドは、『Shadow Mate ～小さな竜と適合者～』のゲーム実況、
ライブ配信、動画投稿を歓迎しています。
本ガイドラインを守っていただければ、事前の許可や申請なく、
ゲームプレイ映像を使用したコンテンツを公開していただけます。
1. 対象作品
『Shadow Mate ～小さな竜と適合者～』無料体験版および製品版を対象とします。
2. 許可する内容
以下の利用を許可します。YouTube、Twitch、ニコニコ動画、TikTokなどでのゲーム実況・ライブ配信ゲームプレイ動画の投稿、編集、切り抜き動画の公開動画のサムネイルへのゲーム画面の使用配信アーカイブの公開個人、法人、VTuber事務所所属のクリエイターによる実況・配信上記の利用について、事前の申請や個別の許可は必要ありません。
3. 収益化について
各動画配信プラットフォームが正式に提供する収益化機能の利用を許可します。
広告収益、スーパーチャット、投げ銭、メンバーシップなどもご利用いただけます。
ただし、ゲーム映像や音声素材そのものの販売、再配布はご遠慮ください。
4. 配信範囲・ネタバレについて
無料体験版については、最初から最後まで自由に実況・配信していただけます。製品版についても原則として配信可能ですが、物語の核心に触れる内容を配信する際には、視聴者への配慮として「ネタバレあり」などの表記をお願いいたします。
5. 禁止事項
以下の行為は禁止します。
ゲーム内の映像、音楽、効果音、キャラクター素材などを単体で販売・再配布する行為当社や第三者の権利を侵害する行為差別、誹謗中傷、違法行為などを助長する目的での利用当社が公式に制作・公認したコンテンツであると誤認させる行為その他、当社が不適切と判断する利用

動画の概要欄などに、ゲームタイトルやSteamストアページのリンクを掲載していただけると嬉しいです。

Guidelines for Let’s Plays and Streaming of the Game "Shadow Mate"
Spring Guild Co., Ltd. welcomes the creation of gameplay commentary,
live streams, and video content featuring *Shadow Mate*.
As long as you adhere to these guidelines, you are free to publish content
incorporating *Shadow Mate* gameplay footage without needing prior permission or formal application.
1. Eligible works
This applies to both the free trial version and the full version of "Shadow Mate."
2. Scope of permission
The following activities are permitted:

Recording, editing, uploading, and sharing gameplay videos, Let's Play videos, livestreams, and clips or highlights from livestreams on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Niconico, bilibili, and Douyin.

Using in-game screenshots or imagery in video thumbnails.

Publishing and keeping livestream archives publicly available.
These permissions apply to individuals, companies, VTubers, and creators affiliated with VTuber agencies.
No prior permission or individual approval is required for the activities listed above, provided that they comply with these guidelines.
3. About Monetization
You are permitted to use the official monetization features provided by various video streaming platforms.
This includes ad revenue, Super Chats, tips, memberships, and similar features.
However, please refrain from selling or redistributing the game footage or audio assets themselves.
4. Regarding Streaming Scope and Spoilers
For the free trial version, you are welcome to stream or create "Let's Play" content covering the entire experience. Streaming the full version is also generally permitted; however, if your content includes details that touch upon the core of the story, please include a "spoilers included" (or similar) warning out of consideration for your viewers.
5. Prohibitions
The following actions are prohibited:
Selling or redistributing individual elements from the game—such as visuals, music, sound effects, or character assets—on their own; infringing upon the rights of our company or third parties; using the content to promote discrimination, defamation, or illegal activities; creating the false impression that the content was officially produced or endorsed by our company; and any other use that we deem inappropriate.

It would be great if you could include the game title and a link to the Steam store page in the video description or similar areas.
